Corporate Finance Manager/ Assistant Manager

We are hiring! Are you a recently qualified accountant looking to move into a career in Corporate Finance? Due to the vibrant market, we have a number of fantastic job opportunities to join our expanding Corporate Finance Team in either our Belfast or Cookstown offices. Audit Experience is desirable but not essential.

About the role:

The person would be expected to be involved in the following types of work:

  • Preparation of pitch documents, teasers, and information memoranda
  • Business development activities include supporting the identification and targeting of potential opportunities
  • Day to day project work on live transactions, for example contacting potential investors/purchasers and liaising with clients, lawyers, and due diligence providers
  • Performing financial modelling, valuations, and returns analysis
  • Preparation of client presentations
  • Completion of Financial Due Diligence
  • Managing project risk and quality tasks and administration
